Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. You will then have an additional 30 days to return the item for a replacement or full refund.

Replacements: Subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Change of Mind Returns
If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, you must:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Return the item within 30 days in its original, unused condition.
Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be issued.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for non-faulty items.
General Return Conditions
- Items must be returned unworn, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
- No additional fees will be incurred for processing refunds.
Bank Processing Times:
It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If you do not receive it within 15 business days, please contact us at contact@alpyn.co.uk.
